Dan Gaspar

Bio

Dan Gaspar joined High Road Capital Partners in 2011. Prior to joining High Road, Dan worked in private equity at Gotham Private Equity Partners and Trimaran Capital Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, leading diligence and negotiations and managing portfolio companies. Dan has been involved in five acquisitions and three exits and previously served on the Board of Directors of three portfolio companies. Dan started his career as an investment banker in the Global Media and Communications group at Morgan Stanley. Dan received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, graduating Beta Gamma Sigma.
