Bio

Dana Troxell joined Hudson in January 2011 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Troxell spent six years at Angelo, Gordon & Co. where he served as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development until he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of AG Asset Management LLC, a subsidiary of Angelo, Gordon & Co. in 2006. Before joining Angelo, Gordon, Mr. Troxell spent eight years at Goldman Sachs & Co. as an investment banker focused on the asset management industry. He delivered strategic and financial advice to executive management in several dozen U.S. and European M&A transactions across virtually all segments of the industry. Between 1990 and 1996, Mr. Troxell was a Managing Director at Tandon Capital Associates, a management consulting firm where he was responsible for operational reengineering engagements in the trust and investment advisory areas of US commercial banks. Prior to that, he was for five years an officer of Citibank’s Private Bank. Mr. Troxell received his Bachelors degree from the University of Virginia (History and International Relations) in 1983. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School (Finance) in 1989, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.
