Daniel Barakat

Bio

Mr. Barakat is a Controller for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. He is responsible for the investment accounting, financial statement preparation, and tax reporting for Kayne's private equity and offshore funds. Prior to joining Kayne in 2006, Mr. Barakat was an account manager in the hedge fund administration group at BISYS Hedge Fund Services in Bermuda. B.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia in 1996, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
