Bio

As Senior Analyst, Dan Bourla is responsible for conducting financial analysis to support investment decisions for the acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, and repositioning of assets across all property types within the NDC portfolio. Mr. Bourla assists with matters ranging from investment strategy development and portfolio management to deal origination and operating partner sourcing. Mr. Bourla holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Emory University. Mr. Bourla is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate group of the New York Private Equity Network ("NYPEN"). Prior to Wharton, Mr. Bourla served as the Artistic Administrator for the La Jolla Music Society, one of Southern California's leading presenters/producers of world-class performing arts. A native New Yorker, Mr. Bourla currently resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn with his wife, Sarah, and son, Banyan Lyle.
