Bio

Mr. Goldman has 17 years of legal experience. Mr. Goldman's experience includes insurance and securities regulatory affairs, specialty finance, litigation, and business management. Mr. Goldman has served as senior counsel to life settlement companies, counsel to Weil Gotshal & Manges and other international law firms, and as Associate Attorney within the New York State Insurance Department. Mr. Goldman serves as Outside General Counsel to AllFinancial Group LLC, a vertically integrated group of life settlement companies. He is a member of the New York, Florida and Massachusetts Bars and holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Brandeis University and a JD, cum laude, from New York University School of Law.
