Daniel M. Florian, Vice President, Prior to joining Sun Capital Partners in 2007, Mr. Florian spent five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, most recently as a Senior Associate in the Transaction Services group where he provided financial due diligence and other advisory services for corporate and financial buyers. He started his career in PWC’s audit practice. Mr. Florian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Cum Laude, from Suffolk University.
