Bio

Prior to forming Parmenter Realty Partners, Mr. Parmenter was a Managing Partner for 10 years with Lincoln Property Company. In that capacity, he directed the development, management, and property acquisition program for assets including numerous high rise office properties and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Mr. Parmenter was a senior investment broker for Coldwell Banker (CB Richard Ellis) in San Diego, Atlanta, and Miami. He was recognized for his outstanding performance by inclusion in the Colbert Coldwell Circle, a designation given only to the top ten percent of brokers nationally. As Chairman and CEO of Parmenter Realty Partners, Mr. Parmenter directs the company's executive team and oversees property acquisition, development, and disposition of real estate assets. Since its inception, the company has acquired, managed, or developed real estate assets valued in excess of $2 billion.
