David Buckeridge

Bio

Dr. Buckeridge began his career with AstraZeneca where he spent 25 years in various management positions, including 5 years running the commercial operations for the company's seeds business in Des Moines, Iowa. In 1999, he became the CEO of Advanta, the largest independent agronomic seed business in the world at the time. In 2005, he joined the predecessor firm, Fox Paine & Company as an Operating Director. Dr. Buckeridge was made a Partner of Paine & Partners in 2011. Dr. Buckeridge serves as a member on the Board of Directors of Icicle Seafoods. He also is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Institute of Biological, Environmental and Rural Sciences, a UK based public sector research institute. Dr. Buckeridge is a graduate of the University of Wales (B.S.c. and PhD, Genetics and Plant Sciences).
