David F Browne

Bio

Mr. Browne is a Principal at Paine & Partners. He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston in the mergers & acquisitions group in New York. In 2003, he joined Lindsay Goldberg & Bessemer and worked on leveraged buyouts across a range of industries. After earning his M.B.A., Mr. Browne joined GSC Group, an alternative asset manager, as a Sr. Associate in the control distressed debt group and was promoted to Vice President in 2008 and Managing Director in 2010. Mr. Browne joined the firm in January 2011. He focuses on management of existing portfolio companies and new investment opportunities. Mr. Browne is a graduate of Harvard University (A.B., Government, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth (M.B.A. with Highest Distinction).
