David I Wahrhaftig

Bio

David I. Wahrhaftig joined Kelso in 1987. He spent the preceding five years with Arthur Young & Company where he was an Associate Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Wahrhaftig is currently a director of DS Waters of America, Inc. and Renfro Corporation and is active in the Firm's investment in KAR Auction Services, Inc. and Oceana Therapeutics LLC. Other past directorships include BWAY Corporation, Consolidated Vision Group, Inc., Earle M. Jorgensen Company, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Harris Specialty Chemicals, Inc., Landstar Systems, Inc., Peebles Inc., TransDigm, Inc. and Unilab Corporation. He is currently a Trustee of Wake Forest University. He is also a member of the Board of Visitors of the Wake Forest University Schools of Business. He earned an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University in 1982 and received a B.A. in Economics from Western Maryland College in 1980. He holds a Certificate in Management Accounting.
