Mr. Jaffe joined Centre Partners in 2001. Prior thereto, he was a Managing Director at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners where he had been a founding member in 1985. He joined DLJ Securities Corporation in 1984. He currently serves as a Director of Covenant Care, LLC, Environmental Logistics Services LLC, Hyco International, Inc., Target Media Partners, and Wind River Environmental, LLC. Mr. Jaffe previously served on the Boards of Directors of Brand Services, Inc., Catlin Westgen Group, Ltd., Duane Reade Holdings, Gray Energy Services, LLC, International Imaging Materials, Inc., Kaz Inc., NACOLAH, NextPharma Technologies, Quickie Holdings, Inc., Pharmaceutical Fine Chemicals S.A., Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM) Holdings, Terra Nova Group, Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp, Wilson Greatbatch, and several other private companies. He also serves as a Director of Project A.L.S., a charitable organization focused on funding research for the treatment of Lou Gehrig's Disease. Mr. Jaffe received an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
