Spent 5 years at KPMG. In Corporate Finance, he advised on a large number of mid-market M&A transactions, covering deals in the healthcare & life science, consumer markets and support services sectors. In Transaction Services, specialised in Strategic and Commercial Due Diligence primarily for Private Equity clients for deals in a wide range of sectors. Has also advised on over £9bn of PPP/PFI projects in the UK, predominantly in the Healthcare and IT sectors. Joined Core Capital in 2007 and has sourced and managed both new transactions and existing investments. BSc in Molecular Cell Biology at the University of Nottingham. Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) in 2003.
