Douglas Hoffman

Bio

As Vice President in charge of BPG's property management affiliate, Douglas Hoffman is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the Suburban Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey, Washington DC and Boston portfolio. Mr Hoffman joined the firm in 1997 as a property manager and was named the company's president in 2002. Mr Hoffman is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is also a licensed Broker-Salesperson in the State of New Jersey. Mr Hoffman is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BS in Business Administration. He completed his Certified Commercial Investment Management designation from the Certified Commercial Investment Institute (CCIM) in 2003. He also completed his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation in 1988 and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1995.
