Bio

Douglas E. Mark is a Founder and Managing Partner of Northstar Capital, LLC. Doug has broad experience as a private equity investor encompassing financial management, transaction due diligence, and fund administration. He is responsible for all aspects of investment management at Northstar, coordinates the investment origination and referral marketing processes of the General Partner, and directs all financial management activities of the General Partner and its limited partnerships. Prior to founding Northstar, Doug served in various roles at Churchill Capital, Inc. including Controller and Portfolio Compliance Officer. He also has previous experience as a senior accountant at Charles Bailly & Company. Doug received a B.B.A. from the University of North Dakota. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant.
