Bio
Mr Berner has been Chairman of the Board of Republic Automotive Parts Inc, and has served on the Board of Directors of Amerace Corporation, Baker Brothers Inc, Broadcasting Partners Inc, Laurentian Capital, Technograph Inc, and Triton Group. He also has been on the Debenture and Equity Holder Committees in several bankruptcies, including Braniff, Chase Manhattan Mortgage and Realty Investors, Citizens and Southern Realty Investors, and LTV. Mr Berner graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and History.
