Mr. Rutkowski is a Senior Advisor to Brooks, Houghton & Company, Inc. providing the firm with expertise in corporate and governmental matters. After serving as the District Representative to Congressman Jack Kemp in Buffalo, he served as the Erie County Executive, the largest county in upstate New York. He has also served as Director of New York State Parks. Mr. Rutkowski is the President of Domer Associates, a consulting company providing a specialized service to various industries. Graduate of Notre Dame University and a former player with the Buffalo Bills professional football team.
