Bio

Mr. Heglie joined IGP in 2000 and has over 14 years of experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions focused on niche-oriented, middle-market companies. Mr. Heglie has had a number of significant roles in successful investments and participates in sourcing, evaluating and executing new investments as well as monitoring existing investments and managing portfolio divestitures. Prior to joining IGP, Mr. Heglie spent four years with Jefferies & Company, Inc., a full-service investment bank and institutional securities firm focused on growing and mid-sized companies. Mr. Heglie currently serves, or has served, as a director of Associated Chemists, Inc., Atlas Materials Testing Corporation, Breeze Industrial Products Corporation, Consolidated Precision Products, Inc., Global Power Systems, LLC, Group360, Inc., Microporous Products, L.P., Total Automated Solutions, Inc.(TASI), and Xaloy, Inc. Mr. Heglie received his Masters of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
