Eric Lemer

Bio

Prior to joining GI, was co-head of the London office of Credit Suisse’s Real Estate Private Fund Group, a market leading placement agent dedicated to raising capital for real estate private equity vehicles. From 2005 to 2010, successfully led fundraising and advisory assignments which in the aggregate raised in excess of $5.5 billion for clients. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, was at Milestone Merchant Partners, a Washington DC-based merchant bank where he focused on private equity, restructuring and M&A transactions. Prior to Milestone, completed over $10 billion of real estate capital markets transactions as one of the founding members of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette’s and PaineWebber’s real estate investment banking groups in New York. BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
