Bio
Evan joined Woodlawn Partners after serving as a Vice President of Midwest Mezzanine Funds. There he was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing a portfolio of subordinated debt and equity investments in lower middle-market companies. Evan previously worked in M&A investment banking with Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. and with Sandler O’Neill & Partners. He began his career with the Roman Arch Funds, a venture capital firm affiliated with Prudential Securities.
