Bio

Frank Shih is a Founder and Managing Partner of Arc Labs. Frank was the Director of Finance at ProducePay, a venture-backed financing platform focused on the fresh produce industry. He was a founding team member and principal at Arena Ventures, where he focused on early-stage equity investments in the fintech and consumer verticals. Frank also managed an investment portfolio for a family office that was focused on lending to early-stage fintech loan originators, special situations opportunities and early-stage venture. Prior to entering the venture world, Frank was an equity portfolio strategist on the Advisory team at Bank Julius Baer and at Merrill Lynch's Asia CIO Office. His background is in institutional equity research including experience as a technology sector analyst at Bear Stearns and as a buy-side analyst for a long/short equity hedge fund in New York.
