Bio

Mr. He is a Vice President in the Ares Private Equity Group. Mr. He joined Ares Management in September 2010 from Leon CVM Capital, where he was an Associate Director participating in the execution of growth capital transactions in the Greater China region. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. He was an Associate with the Asia Buyout group at The Carlyle Group based in Hong Kong. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. He was a member of the Investment Banking Department at Bear Stearns in both New York and Hong Kong. Mr. He graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration with a BBA, concentrating in Finance.
