Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sigma. Also a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sigma's property activities through its subsiduary Strategic Investment Management Ltd. Prior to founding Sigma, had his own company, Merchant Investments Ltd, which was a specialist consultancy involved in the management of businesses both in the traditional and technology sectors. Has been involved in technology investment for almost 20 years and leads the investment committee. Mr Barnet also leads Sigma's funds activity. Approved person under the Financial Services and Markets Act. As Chief Executive Officer, sits on the boards of both Sigma Capital Group plc and Sigma Technology Management Ltd and is responsible for the management of the Group through the development of objectives, strategy and standards of performance.
