Investments that Hayo has been involved in include NORMA Group and add-on investments into ABA and Breeze, forming a leader in connecting technology, Azelis, a Pan-European distributor of specialty chemicals, Scandlines, a baltic ferry operator and DruckChemie, a service company for the printing industry. Before joining 3i Hayo has been working at the M&A and Corporate Finance Department of Dresdner Kleinwort, where he gained extensive experience from M&A and equity transactions for clients from various industries. Prior to that, he was developing and implementing new services for Dresdner Kleinwort's Global Equities Division and previously headed the Derivatives Department of a broker firm. Hayo holds a degree in Business Administration and is a CFA charterholder.
