Mr. Kwong is a member of the portfolio management team responsible for the oversight of portfolio activities, investor servicing and portfolio risk and return analysis. Mr. Kwong is also involved with acquisition and asset management activities, nationwide. Prior to joining ING Realty Partners in 2002, he was involved in asset management at Deutsche Bank's Principal Investment Group. Mr. Kwong received a BA and an MBA from Pace University in 1991 and 1994, respectively, and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
