Hervé Defforey

Bio

Mr Defforey joined GRP Partners in London in 2001 and together with Pierre Morin, spearheads their European activities. Prior to that, Mr Defforey was CFO and Managing Director of the world's second largest retailer, Carrefour SA, from 1993 to 2001. Previously, Mr Defforey was Treasurer at BMW Group and General Manager of various BMW AG group subsidiaries and also held senior positions at Chase Manhattan Bank, EBRO Agricolas SA and Nestlé SA. In their current portfolio, Mr Defforey sits on the Boards of IFCO Systems, PrePay Technologies and Surplex. Prior Board seats include Carrefour (PARIS:CRERF). Mr Defforey received a business degree specializing in Marketing from HEC St. Gall (Switzerland).
