Holly Curtis

Bio

Holly joined Lake in 2009 as the Executive Advisor of Human Resources for Lake Capital and is also a member of the Portfolio Company Services team, providing human resources support for our portfolio companies. Her areas of expertise include organizational design and strategy, leadership development, benefits and compensation, and legal compliance. Holly is the founder and CEO of The People Perspective, an executive HR solutions firm. Prior to founding The People Perspective, Holly held several senior leadership roles in HR, successfully managing organizational transitions through multiple mergers and acquisitions. She was a Senior Vice President for Thomson (now Thomson Reuters), at the NETg e-Learning division. Before joining Thomson, Holly was the VP of HR and a member of the founding team for KnowledgeNet, a start-up e-Learning business, which was acquired by Thomson. Holly has also held executive and senior HR positions with Mastering Inc., Eagle River Interactive, Dial Corp, American Express, and ICI Americas. Holly earned an MBA from Arizona State University and holds a BS in Business Administration from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
