Howard A Halligan

Bio

Mr. Halligan is a senior advisor and partner of the firm. He participates in Fairview’s investment committee and provides the firm with insight and counsel that draws on his 30+ years of investment experience. Prior to joining Fairview, Mr. Halligan served as president and chief investment officer of Bigler Investment Management Company, Inc., and also served as president and senior investment committee member of its successor organization. Mr. Halligan was formerly president of CIGNA Investment Management Company and held senior executive positions with a number of its affiliated entities. He has served on the Alternative Asset Investment Committee of the Williams College Endowment Fund and the Finance Committee of the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, MA. Mr. Halligan received a B.A. from Williams College and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
