J Blake Morris

Bio

Prior to joining CHB, Blake was an associate at CS First Boston in its Mergers & Acquisitions group. In that position, he advised clients in a variety of industries on management led buyouts, corporate divestitures, mergers and takeover defenses. Before joining CS First Boston, Blake worked for four years in management consulting, two years at Bain & Company and two years at Cannon Associates. As a consultant, Blake advised clients in the healthcare, information services, hotel & restaurant franchising and aerospace/defense electronics industries on numerous operating and strategic issues Mr Blake is currently a member of the board of directors of Logic PD and Newline Products, Inc. and brandbase Holdings, Inc. Mr Blake graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Economics from Rice University and received an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
