Bio

Mr. Kopczynski joined Dunrath Capital as a Senior Associate in 2004. His responsibilities include identifying investment opportunities, conducting and coordinating due diligence, negotiating equity financings, and working with the portfolio companies. He is actively involved with all of Dunrath's portfolio companies and serves as a formal observer or board member for Critical Signal Technologies, Exadigm, and Quantum Secure. Prior to joining Dunrath, Mr. Kopczynski was an analyst at a Chicago-based boutique investment bank and private equity firm. Mr. Kopczynski was involved as both a principal investor and advisor with the sourcing, analysis, negotiation, and execution of early stage, recapitalization and growth equity transactions across a broad range of industries. Previously, Mr. Kopczynski helped launch FOB, Inc., which operated industry-specific subsidiaries that leveraged a demand aggregation technology for raw material procurement. As a founding employee, he was integral in shaping the vision, helping raise over $45 million in venture capital funding, and managing the organization through its different stages. He held a number of positions at FOB, Inc. across a broad range of functional areas including sales, operations, finance, and business development. FOB, Inc. is currently doing business as MSDSonline. Mr. Kopczynski began his career as a consultant at Andersen Consulting where he implemented strategic and technology solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Kopczynski graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a BS in Finance and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
