Bio

Prior to joining Kilmer Capital Partners, Mr Berenstein was a Vice President and Director of Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance Canada Inc. While at Deloitte he worked with the due diligence practice and was involved in a number of public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr Berenstein is a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from the University of Toronto.
