Javier joined Arle in 2006 after five years at Apax where he led a number of transactions in the industrials and services industries including DMR Consulting and Fractus. Before that he was a management consultant at A. T. Kearney for 11 years. A Spanish national with extensive business experience across Europe, his portfolio responsibilities are Hilding Anders, Parques Reunidos and Technogym where he holds board seats. Mr Abad has a Telecoms Engineering degree from ETSIT (Madrid) and an MBA from IESE.Career
