Bio

Jeffrey Gordon is a Director at Veronis Suhler Stevenson. He joined the firm in 2008. Previously, Mr. Gordon worked at at Goldman Sachs in their Telecom, Media and Technology group advising clients on a variety of mergers, acquisitions and equity offerings. Mr. Gordon also was an corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate financings at Winston & Strawn. At VSS, Mr. Gordon is responsible for managing due diligence, executing transactions and monitoring portfolio company investments for VSS IV and Structured Capital I and II. Mr. Gordon has been actively involved in VSS' investments in Market Strategies, Infobase, PreVisor, Red 7 Media, and Contexo Media. Mr. Gordon received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, a J.D. from Fordham Law School and a B.S. from the University of Michigan.
