Mr. McKibben joined Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC in 2000 as an Associate, was promoted to Principal in 2003 and to Managing Principal in 2008. Mr. McKibben currently serves on the Board of York Insurance Services Group, Inc. and One Call Medical, Inc Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. McKibben was an associate with Saugatuck Capital, where he was actively involved in sourcing, executing and monitoring private equity investments in middle-market companies. Prior to Saugatuck, he was an associate with Marakon Associates, a strategic consulting firm where he led client teams to develop profit improvement strategies for business units of Fortune 500 companies A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. McKibben received his BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration
