Bio
Mr Yu is a principal in Crescendo's Palo Alto office and is responsible for guiding Crescendo's Research Group's efforts. Mr Yu specializes in emerging optical technologies. Prior to Crescendo Ventures, Mr Yu worked for Nortel Networks where he was responsible for opto-electronics development, product introduction, network planning, product management and business development. Before his work at Nortel Networks, Mr Yu developed ultrasonic techniques for testing materials at the Industrial Materials Institute and worked as a software engineer for CAE Electronics. Mr Yu holds both a master's and bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from McGill University.Career
