Jennifer Zarrilli

Jennifer C. Zarrilli, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, joined First Reserve in 1998. Ms. Zarrilli has overall responsibility for all financial aspects of First Reserve and its funds including all aspects of financial reporting and for administrative aspects of the firm. Before joining First Reserve, Ms. Zarrilli was a Financial Executive with Quadrant Management, a private equity firm, where she worked for six years. Prior to that time, she spent three years with Ernst & Young as an Accountant. Ms. Zarrilli received an M.S. degree in Accounting from New York University and a B.A. degree in Economics & Political Science from Colgate University. Ms. Zarrilli received an M.S. degree in Accounting from New York University and a B.A. degree in Economics & Political Science from Colgate University.
