Bio

With 20 years experience supporting business growth and access to finance both in the UK and Europe, has been both on the demand side and supply side of early stage investment. Spent nine years in Brussels between 1990 and 1999, working on business development and innovation assignments and advising on EU funding programmes on behalf of public authorities, intermediary agencies and businesses in UK and other parts of Europe. Was the Business Development Director of GLE Growth Capital and has developed and operated a number of innovative programmes within the UK and Europe, focusing on investment readiness, high growth coaching and access to investment for SMEs. Has extensive experience in developing cross-border investment opportunities and has recently led the successful EU EASY Project with 17 early stage finance partners across 11 countries. First degree in French and Italian and MSc in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science.
