John Hale

Bio

John is active in the evaluation and due diligence phase of the buyout and recapitalization process. He is directly involved in the identification, qualification, analysis, and closing of both initial company investments and follow-on acquisitions for certain of NEP's platform investments. John also serves as a resource for NEP portfolio company management teams for strategic planning, business growth, and corporate governance as a board member. John joined NEP in 1998, bringing more than 20 years experience as CEO of a variety of companies. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, company operations, and financing. John brings years of international business experience to NEP, and he recently served as Chairman for CVI Melles Griot. BS, University of Minnesota. MBA, Babson College.
