Bio
Mr Neis identifies investments, conducts due diligence and supports portfolio company management. He joined Baird Private Equity after spending a year in their Investment Banking Group, where he participated in a number of equity financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Prior to joining Baird in 1998, Mr Neis was with Arthur Andersen LLP in its treasury risk management practice, where he provided strategic and management advisory services to a variety of clients. Mr Neis received a BS in Finance and Accountancy from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
