John is a Director of the Enhanced Capital District Fund. John is also the Managing Director of Meridian Hill Advisors, LLC, focusing on structuring and underwriting public-private and private real restate development. John was President and General Counsel for The Kerry S. Pearson, LLC in Washington, DC for several years. John is a member of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, American Bar Association, National Bar Associates, Leadership Washington Class of 2003. John received his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law and is a graduate of Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia.
