Jon Westberg

Bio

Jon is responsible for evaluating potential investments, structuring transactions, leading due diligence, negotiating transaction and financing agreements, and managing certain portfolio company investments, as well as managing the leveraged financing transactions across Lake Capital’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Lake Capital in 2008, Jon worked at JPMorgan in Syndicated & Leveraged Finance. At JPMorgan, Jon originated, structured and executed multi-lender financings for the bank’s middle market and mid-corporate clients. He began his career as an analyst in Bank One’s Commercial Banking Development Program, where he rotated through the bank’s lending and capital markets divisions. Jon earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, having previously graduated from Miami University with a BS in both Finance and Management Information Systems.
