Josef Friedman

Bio

Prior to joining Storm Ventures in June 2002, Josef Friedman was the CEO of Expression, Inc. that he co-founded in August 1999. Expression’s eCommerce collaborative platform enables enterprise software vendors to enhance their solutions with real-time collaboration among customers, suppliers and employees. Expression was acquired by SAP in February 2002. Before co-founding Expression, Josef was at Apple Computers for sixteen years, where he assumed various engineering management positions, including Managing Director of Apple Far East Design Center, Singapore. Prior to leaving Apple, as the Director of Engineering in the Desktop division, he had product design responsibilities for Apple desktop CPUs and monitors, such as the iMac and G3. Josef earned an MSEE from San Diego State University, and an MBA from National University.
