Josh actively participates in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, including due diligence, transaction structuring and execution and transaction exits. Additionally, he works closely with Quantum's portfolio companies on such activities as key financing events, hedging strategies, evaluating and executing merger, acquisition and divestiture opportunities and helping to refine strategies to drive long-term growth and value. Prior to joining Quantum, Josh was a Vice President of Behrman Capital, a private equity firm with approximately $2 billion of equity capital under management. At Behrman Capital, he was responsible for evaluating and executing transactions across a diverse set of industries, including defense, healthcare, manufacturing and outsourcing/business services. He was also responsible for working closely with senior management and the Board of Directors of certain portfolio companies and for providing advice and oversight on key financing/M&A events, as well as the establishment and execution of the long-term value creation plan. Prior to Behrman Capital, he was a Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, where he worked on private equity and venture capital investment opportunities. Josh holds a B.A. in Applied Math and Economics with honors from Northwestern University.
