Bio
Mr Steiner previously served on the boards of Datanet, Pathfire, ProSiebenSat 1 and NewSouth. At each of these companies, Mr Steiner has focused on finding acquisitions that will drive growth and strategic position, leveraging the firm’s relationships with large industry players to increase sales, and recruiting executives who can help the companies on a permanent or temporary basis. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Mr Steiner was a Managing Director at Lazard Frères & Co LLC. Prior to joining Lazard, Mr Steiner was Chief of Staff at the United States Department of the Treasury. Mr Steiner currently serves on the Boards of Directors of West Corporation, Towervision and Grupo Corporativo Ono. Mr Steiner previously served on the boards of Datanet, Pathfire, ProSiebenSat 1 and NewSouth. Mr Steiner received a BA from Yale University, and an MSt from Oxford University.
