Non-Executive Director of Adurion Capital and Adurion Investment Management. Advises on deal structuring, negotiation and documentation for Adurion's corporate and financial investments. Prior to current role, worked with the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as Of Counsel in the London Project Finance Group, and before that with the infrastructure engineering and construction company Black & Veatch. Has advised on infrastructure development projects and structured finance transactions in various sectors, principally in Europe and Asia. Has also worked with Equipment Finance & Leasing on private equity deals and with Sumitomo Trust and Banking in Tokyo, advising on air finance and capital market transactions. Speaks and/or reads German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and some Urdu. Qualified to practice in Switzerland and is an English solicitor. Obtained his masters in law from Zurich University in 1986 and his doctorate in 1989.
