Justin Chen

Bio

Mr. Chen joined the Comvest Capital Group in January 2011 as a Senior Associate. Previously, Mr. Chen spent three and a half years in the Investment Banking group at Canaccord Genuity (formerly Adams Harkness) where he was an associate in the Sustainability franchise. As an associate, Mr. Chen primarily worked on M&A and public / private equity financings in the advanced lighting, solar, recycling, green building and industrial manufacturing technology industries. Mr. Chen received his B.S. in Management with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
