Kathryn Marshall

Bio

Kathryn joined Gold Hill in 2005. She currently manages the daily operations of the finance team, including the quarterly financial statement process, cash forecasting for capital calls and distributions, and valuations of our portfolio company investments. Previously, Kathryn worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers' San Jose Assurance and Advisory Services practice. She serviced a wide range of technology and venture capital clients. While at PwC, Kathryn also assisted in implementing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance practices within client operations through internal controls assessment. Kathryn graduated with honors with a BS in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and holds a Certified Public Accountant license (CPA).
