Kelly joined SVLS in 2011 and is focused on health care services and HCIT services investments Before joining SVLS, Kelly was with Simsbury Capital, which invests in early stage healthcare and technology companies. From 2000-2006, Kelly was with UnitedHealth Group, serving as the President of two outsourcing solution divisions and previously was the Senior vice President of the Specialized Care Services division of UNH. Prior to that, he served as COO of Vivra (a multi-state technology and healthcare services company), EVP, Operations of First Physician Care and VP, Operations at CIGNA Medical Group Kelly earned both an MBA and BS from Arizona State University.
