Bio

Since joining Blackstone in 1997, has been involved in a variety of real estate acquisitions and initiatives. Most recently, played a key role in the acquisition of Equity Office Properties, Trizec Properties, Wyndham International, La Quinta Corp and MeriStar Hospitality Corp. Has also been involved in several other property acquisitions, including the Rihga Royal Hotel in New York and the Fort Lauderdale Marina Marriott. Before joining Blackstone, was an Analyst at Lazard Frères & Co in the real estate investment banking group, where he was involved in numerous real estate transactions. BA in Economics from Harvard University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude and received the John Harvard Scholarship for highest academic achievement.
