Keren Ackerman

Bio

Keren Ackerman joined Vector in March 2011 as the Director of Compliance and Investor Relations. Keren has ten years of in-house legal and investor relations experience at publicly-traded technology and services companies. Previously, Keren served as Assistant Corporate Secretary and Director of Investor Relations at VSE Corporation, a diversified government services contractor, where she was responsible for SEC compliance, corporate legal support and investor relations. Prior to VSE, Keren served as Director of Investor Relations at Interwoven, Inc., an enterprise software and services provider. Prior to Interwoven, Keren served as Associate Corporate Counsel and headed investor relations at Actuate Corporation, an open source software company. Keren received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Delaware.
