Responsible for Investment monitoring, reporting, compliance, governance, accounting and administration. Has held a number of senior financial management positions within Reed Elsevier, Hodder Headline plc and DOXA Technologies. He was most recently the Finance Director of Yahoo! Europe. Has significant experience in regulatory compliance, having served the corporate centre of a major FT 100 Company with substantial interests world-wide, a fully listed mid cap company and as FD for the European operation of a NASDAQ quoted company. Also has extensive experience in change management, business intelligence, implementing complex systems, and providing decision makers with financial transparency. BSc in Electronic Engineering from Birmingham University. Chartered Accountant with PwC (Coopers & Lybrand). Attended a number of Senior Executive Programmes at the Ashridge Management College and Warwick Business School.
